The members of CADILLAC MOON bring their exciting, original brand of funky clues-rock to both their songwriting and live performances. The 1995 winners of the Long Island Music Festival, their style is first and foremost about laying down solid, fun grooves. Their songs include bits and pieces of New York funk, New Orleans honky-tonk, blues and straight-ahead, ass-kicking guitar. The energy generated during the live performances of their many uptempo songs is guaranteed to get crowds both excited and groovin'.

CADILLAC MOON is made up of some of New York's most accomplished and well-travelled musicians:

Vocalist Leslie Zimay has worked as a performer from the age of fourteen years old, fronting bands on Long Island including the Rainy Days, Calamity Jane, Old Shoes, and Pearly, singing everything from Blues to Standards with her own brand of sultriness and raw energy.

Drummer Cliff Hackford has appeared on more than a dozen albums and has worked with artists as varied as Vicki Sue Robinson, AK-47 and Paul Wexler.

Guitarist Mike Nugent has lent his special brand of earthy playing o the southern rock of Wes Houston and Stanton Anderson; truly one of a kind!

SNV Recording Artists CADILLAC MOONhave appeared in many of the country's new music festivals: South by Soutwest in Austin, Texas; The Philadelphia Music Conference; NEMO in Boston and the Long Island Music Festival. Their debut CD, "PLUG ME IN", was released in December 1995. The band has opened for Jefferson Starship, Eric Burdon, Clarence Clemens, Ronnie Spector, John Hammond, Delbert McClinton, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and Jimmy Vaughn. Their latest CD, "IN THE KITCHEN", was released January 1997.
